Power City Eatery’s in-house or off-site Catering Policy

Tax and Gratuity | All parties will be charged an additional 8% New York State Sales Tax and a customary gratuity of 18%. If your group is NYS Sales Tax exempt, please have your Tax Exempt number available at time of billing.

Payment | PCE will not accept out of state checks. Check payment must be paid with a valid New York State Drivers License. PCE accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover charge cards. Payments may also be made in Cash (USD).

Deposits | A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 will be required to book your event at PCE. Your event’s reservation is not official until we receive the retainer. All off site catering and pick up service must be paid in full upon delivery or pick up.

Head Count | A final head count up to room capacity of 75 persons must be provided a week prior to your event. This is the minimum amount you will be charged for. If your numbers grow, please keep in contact the week of to help us prepare properly. Please Note: Our dining area has a maximum allowance of 75 people and PCE will not guarantee seating for guests over this amount.

Room Charges | All other events with no package selected falling under 25 person requirement to reserve room require a minimum menu purchase of $350.00.

Time Frame | PCE books from the hours of 12 P.M. – 4 P.M. and 5 P.M. – 10 P.M. If you require an odd hour time slot and the room cannot be booked, an additional fee of $75.00 will be added to your bill for loss of revenue. If the duration of your event surpasses the allotted time frame, additional charges will apply. We reserve the right not to extend alcohol service beyond your scheduled event time frame.

Set Up | Decoration can only take place immediately prior to your event. If no other party is booked the day of, you may make arrangements to arrive earlier. We reserve the right to assess a $25.00 fee for excessive clean up, decoration that damages our custodial equipment, or any damage done to our tables, walls or fixtures. PLEASE DO NOT USE CONFETTI.

Additional Fees | A Refundable Deposit of $20.00 will be added to all deliveries requiring heating units and utensils. A Delivery fee will be added for up to 50 people of $25 and from 50-100 people, $50. Additional charges apply to deliveries outside of service area.
